Group Volunteers.
Volunteers play a big role in the success of CVP. In exchange for your volunteer shift, you get free admission to enjoy the rest of PRIDEFEST outside of your volunteer time commitment! We're looking for GROUPS of 4-6 people from area businesses and organizations who wish to show their support and gain some visibility by volunteering as a group. You can wear your organization's t-shirts and have small information that can be handed out or available to pickup.
It'll be easy and fun. If you're at a gate, you'll be interacting with festival goers and your volunteer mates. Most tasks are easy like putting on wrist bands, accepting advance tickets, making change, and miscellaneous other tasks. |
Typical timeslots for Groups:
Friday, August 26
Saturday, August 27
|
NOTE:
We need you to be committed to this and ONLY sign-up if you are 100% confident that you can fill all 6 slots. If someone cancels on your team, we'll need you to find a replacement before the event. We encourage you to consider recruiting a back-up alternate.
CVP will determine your volunteer location and task. These groups typically volunteer at gates but can also be placed at Beer Tickets or some setup. Typically, unless your group is not a complete set of 6, groups will not be split up. Volunteers should be prepared to stand and/or walk during their 3-hour volunteer shift. Light setup and various tasks may require lifting up to 30 lbs. If you require special accommodation, please contact us.
